Summary: This book changed my life!
Review: I was given this book by a friend in 1990. I was in my 40's and had always been a Christian. After reading this book I was finally able to grasp the true meaning of "Grace". I now consider myself a "Born Again Christian" and have bought and given away several copies to friends. I am now ordering two more to give away. I can think of no greater gifts than the gift of Grace given to us by God and the gift of spiritual peace this book brings.

Summary: Just finished "Classic Christianity" and absolutely loved it
Review: I was going to let my wife read it next, but I think I'm going to read it to her myself so that I can enjoy it again. I can hardly wait to get started on the "Classic Christianity Study Guide" and I just ordered "Grace to You". Keep up the good work Mr. George. God Bless you.

Summary: Read it Yearly
Review: I've read this book every year for ten years. It's a refreshing book which reminds me not to be busy, but barren. It provides a great reminder to understand your true identity in Christ.

Summary: This book will help you quit striving and start living!
Review: If you are striving to be worthy to God, to yourself, or to others, this book will help you understand the truth about how Jesus has already done it for each us. Bob George is a master with examples that clearly illustrate the vastness and wonder of God's love for each person. His illustrations also help clarify Bible Scriptures. With clarity, he deals with the human condition and how God can heal each of us (even when one doesn't think one needs healing). The concepts have helped me be able to reach out to God's outstretched hand to build a strong relationship with Him. God brings joy to my life in the face of adversity!!

Summary: An excellent "classic" book on the topic of Christianity!
Review: In clear, concise writing, best-selling author Bob George captures the heart of the Gospel. With humor, wit and incredible insight, Bob shares his struggles and conclusions about what it means to be a Christian. The reader quickly grasps how simple living the Christian life is and how man has made it complex. The information in this book has the capability to change a person and his or her thoughts about God. If you are interested in finally being able to comprehend what true Christianity is all about, I highly recommend you read this book

Summary: Concise and clear
Review: Jesus had already begun to free me from bondage to the law several years before I read Classic Christianity and other similar books. I have made a project out of seeking out writers who have a similar experience as I have and I consider this book to be the most concise and clearest in teaching what it means to live free in Christ.

Though I dearly love the writings of Bill Gillham (Lifetime Guarantee, What God Wishes Christians Knew About Christianity) and Steve McVey (Grace Rules), I have to say that this book should be the one you start out with.

Summary: Another shrewd way to make a fortune....
Review: Looks like ol' Bob has figured out a way to stop driving to work (again). Write a book about about how EASY it is to be a christian! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Any christian worth his salt should be ready to die trying to spread the word to the most hardened, unworthy non-believer they can find. After all, as Bob says, Jesus DIED for you - what have you ever done for him? Except, perhaps, buying a book online that tells you how to stop trying so hard. Pathetic.
