Review: this book is helping my girlfriend and i see that we receive love differently, and that we need to learn to speak each other's love language, not necessarily just the type of love we like to receive. It's definitely opening our eyes to the dynamics of a loving relationship. We're in a Bible study over relationships using this book, and it's so great. Go through this book with your significant other and you will learn a great deal about him/her. It will make your relationship stronger.

Summary: Simple yet definite truths that will help any marriage!
Review: I have seen constant demanding and condemning destroy our marriage. Although I know we still care a great deal for each other, we have done little to fill each other's love tanks. I now begin the experiment discussed in chapter 12 in hopes that the tide will be turned. I do this prayerfully and in hope. Regardless of the outcome of our marriage, I will continue to advise this book to my friends and relatives. These truths are just too obvious.

Review: I love this book and I am a newly wed, and sometimes you need a little kick to get on track. We need this book because it allows us to see how we want to be and who we want our spouse to be. This book also has lots of things for you to do such as things to try out, writing letters, helping you along with that, giving suggestions on being open and pure. AND SO VERY MUCH MORE! I bought the hard back because this is a definite KEEPER! JUST GET THE BOOK YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Review: The 5 Love Languages is the best book on relationships I have ever read. It should be mandatory reading for every couple and not only will it help or save your marriage but it will also help you understand your parents and how they expressed love to you as a child. I have read over 100 self help books in the last two years and this is by far the best.
