Summary: I am very glad I read this book
Review: I really liked this little book with its deep insights. Louie lays it on the line just like Dylan did when he wrote You Gotta Serve Somebody. Well, we all worship and as the author states we were designed to worship BUT it who or what we worship, That is the question.
I found his insights quite stirring, thought provoking and challenging. I also like his definition of worship and his observations of how and what people worship besides GOD. I found most refreshing his heart for GOD and his life of continuous worship. It opened my eyes to how I can worship GOD in all that I do except in sin. Come to think of it I really liked this book and I am going to change my rating from a 4 to a 5. GOD bless and be blessed get this book and begin to see with the eyes of GOD. JB

Summary: The Heart Of Worship
Review: I've been attending 7:22, a Bible study (amazing!) for several years since moving to Atlanta and have heard Giglio teach and lead in the area of true worship for many years. I'm so glad he final put some of this teaching into written form. If you're looking for teaching on worship that starts with the heart and takes in every single part of life (I love when he talks about his college days as a "copy boy"), this is the book for you. I've bought copies for friends of mine all across the country and found it to be the perfect starting point for people who don't consider themselves a part of the worship conversation like most of Passion's 268 Generation. Giglio and Matt Redman beat with the same heartbeat. Get the book! You'll be passing it on to a friend soon.

If God's truth holds power then Louie Giglio gives us doses to usher us to crave more of Him by our own strength and ways...... Louie has a way of whetting people's appetites for the Divine... and this book is just another extension of his passion for God's fame. And you can feel the Holy Spirit mend, break, patch, heal, restore, rebuild your heart while reading this. There are many peices of literature out there in the world... but only a few will help hold people to grasp an eternal perspective on things in light of a changing world and culture flushing down the tubes...

Review: In this world filled with pollution and toxins that clog our lungs and air tanks that are so heavy and hard to inhale with their terminology, intricate detail, and abstact concepts Louie Giglio provides a simple mask that makes breathing easy. The book is small, the chapters are short, yet the content is the rich oxygen our bodies and souls long for and can breath with ease. Each chapter is like a breath of fresh air that lasts for days as the fullness of it lingers while the oxygen circles through the lungs. A must read.I've known and loved Louie as a speaker for years and am thrilled I now have him to read over and over again.

Review: It is great to see a book from Louie Giglio. God has used him to impact my life in a huge way. This book is especially good because he puts into print a teaching that the whole church needs to here. Worship is more than songs, styles, or services, it is living our life to and for God! If you are on a church staff read this book together. If you are trying to get your church to understand worship, then read this book and tell everyone!

Review: It's about time that Louie Giglio wrote a book. Although small it contains the biggest issue on God's heart. In this book, Louie not only captures the biblical essence of worship, but put its into practical terms that relate to every living being on the face of this earth, christian and non-christian. His insights are powerful and the challenges he gives are real and impactful. This is a must read for any worshipper, and if you're reading this right now, that would be you!
