Summary: Power of the Mind
Review: I enjoy listening to Ms. Meyers. She is an excellent speaker. Grant it, I don't agree with everything she says concerning scriptures, but I must say that she has the ability to reach millions of women (and some men) through encouragement and motivation.
There is another wonderful book that I would like to recommend called WOMAN TAKE YOUR POSITION by Beverly Rolyat. This book will highly enlighten women on their positions in the kingdom of God. It is especially a wonderful book for the married woman and to the ones who are considering marriage. Before you make that leap, you need to take a peep, and if you are already there, then you need to beware and read Woman Take Your Position so your life can reap full benefits.

Review: I got a lot out of this book. It is one of my favorites. If you are really serious about your relationship with God, I don't think you could be disappointed. It's one I loan out but really want back! I guess I should just stock up!

Review: I had always wondered why I could not get past certain areas of my life. No matter how hard I tried it seemed that I was no better of today, then I was 18 months ago. I purchased Battlefied of the Mind and wow! As Joyce explained in the book, you must think about what you are thinking about. I never realized that my problem was my inability to control my thoughts. I found the part about the wilderness mentalities extremely helpful. I am a much more thoughtful person as a result of this book!

Review: I highly recommend this book to anyone, especially to baby Christians. In "Battlefield of the Mind: Winning the Battle in Your Mind", Joyce Meyer explains how Satan begins to wage war on people, "to initiate his well-laid plans and to sow his deliberate deception at a very young age." The battlefield where this war takes place is your mind. For many of the strategies that the devil uses to deceive us, Meyer teaches us how to use the most powerful weapon ever, the Word; of course, praise and prayer too, she says. One of the things that I liked about the book was that I was able to identify with the writer in many aspects. The book also made me realized how perfect is the love of God. He allows a person, like Joyce Meyer, to go through some trials just so that she can tell others, like myself, how to find the Truth and be free. I believe that Battlefield is another book that the Lord uses to mold us the way He want us to be and I highly recommend it. It will surely bring you the peace of our beloved Savior Jesus Christ into your life. Praise and honor and glory to Jesus for He is so awesome!
