Summary: A lesson taught
Review: I though this this book taught me a valuable lesson. To live life and have no regrets. It taught me to listen and to be there for others as I would want them to be there for me. It is a great book to read if you want to understand the meaning of life.

Summary: What if today is the day you were going to die?
Review: I really enjoyed reading this book and by the end I was in tears. Morrie is an inspiration to many because he remained positive until the end. I really liked the part when he said he would pretend that there is a bird on his shoulder and would ask the bird if today was the day he was going to die. People don't really think about death until someone around them dies. This book gives you a different perspective about death and about life. It teaches you that you need to live your life like it was your last and not to have any regrets before you die. I would recommend this book to anyone who is not happy with their life because it really helps you to appreciate all the things you do have.

Summary: Morrie's Life Lessons
Review: I thought that this book was the best one I have read so far. I think that Mitch was a really lucky person to have a second chance at being friends with Morrie. This book is just so good it ws hard for me to put it down. I wish that everyone could have what Mitch had.

Summary: Trying to teach life's lessons
Review: Tuesdays With Morrie is a simple book with a simple message for life. It is a brief novel with an unembellished style of writing, but just the same Morrie is a person whose words
resonate in the mind. Many people have read Tuesdays With Morrie, and will continue to read it over time. Each person who reads it will find his/her own meaning in Morrie's revelations on life. The book is played out like a teacher's lesson plan, and that is exactly how Morrie and the author, Mitch Albom, intended it to be. The lessons are easy to
understand but important and relevant to all people and areas of life. These lessons are gentle in tone, and the frightening subject of death is in this way put on easier grounds to read about. However, the lessons do at times seem to repeat themselves, finding different ways to say the same thing that was said only a chapter before. This repetitive nature makes the book at times seem all too much like a lesson in school. And it is often easy to fall asleep in school. However, heart and soul were put into the creation of this book; parts of both Mitch Albom and his professor Morrie Schwartz reside within its pages. And for that Tuesdays With Morrie is a commendable read.

Summary: An Inspirational Story that Warms Your Heart
Review: Morrie is the kind of teacher that many students would want. He was Mitch's favorite teacher. When he contracted the Lou Gehrig's disease he received much attention from everyone in the world, that's how special he was. Everyone cared about Morrie because he cared about everyone else. He was not afraid to die because he was satisfied with his life. He did everything he wanted to do and the most important thing he wanted to have before he died was to have all of his loved ones nearby. He and Mitch do a project together, which tells about Morrie's story. Their "final thesis." In this book, he teaches the meaning of life. "Once you learn how to die, then you learn how to live." Knowing that you are going to die any day makes you appreciate life more and realize things you never knew was there or existed. Morrie remained optimistic and cheerful even though he was suffering. It makes it hard for Mitch to learn how to say goodbye.
He is an inspiration because he shows the world that there are more important things than the materialistic things everyone considers important. Love is one of the most important element in everyone's life. When you love people and they love you in return, you die but your memory lives on forever in the hearts of the ones you touched, just like Morrie. "Dying ends a life, not a relationship." He makes me realize what I want out of life and what I did wrong. He makes me want to become a better person and love everyone and learn how to forgive people so I can be at peace when I die. Staying strong and optimistic is a hard thing to do when you know you are going to die, which is why I admire Morrie because dying did not stop him for living his life to the fullest. He was able to help people and give people advice on life.
This book was very heart warming and it made me tear. It really got to my emotions. If only there were more people like Morrie, this world would be a better place.

Summary: A book full of Life lessons
Review: This was a very good book to read. Once you pick it up you will not be able to put it down. The way this old man is able to deal with his death, and still keep a positive perspective on life is amazing. He had an incredible view and life and shared it ith anyone who would listen. Summary: A teacher's final lesson.
Review: This book is a lovely story about a dying man and a young man who learns to live through his stories. Morrie is a teacher from Mitch's college years and Mitch stops his own hectic lifestyle to say goodbye after hearing of Morrie's illness (ALS). Drawn back in by Morrie's stories and his charm, and Mitch's own nagging sense that something in his own life is just not right, he keeps coming back, every week until Morrie's death several months later. Within these months, Mitch takes in Morrie's warm wisdom and becomes a better, stronger man for it. It was a touching story that left you wishing that someone had touched your life in the same way, but also feeling as if someone HAD done just that.

Summary: Morrie: An Inspiration to all
Review: The novel, Tuesdays with Morrie, is truly an inspiration that makes many people think about the things they take for granted. For example, smelling flowers, the warm breeze in your hair, or even the sound of small children playing outside. What may seem like an annoyance is really a gift that all of us (even me) take for granted. It's something I've learned by reading this great novel. Although Morrie said, in the novel, that he doesn't wish he was younger, enjoying youth, I bet he would love to be able to dance again, and even some of us take that for granted. I know I have tried to appreciate the small things now. With many lessons filled within the book, this novel will have you in tears and it will make you think. I recommend this book to any individual. I already have my family reading it.

Summary: A book that's filled with lessons and we all can learn from
Review: I thought this book was a very good way to look at death and how to live. I loved how even though Morrie was dying, he still gave everything he could to people. He would always give whoever he was talking to his full attention and not think about other things. Once he started dying, he learned how to live. He didn't wither away from society, but he taught life learning lessons. He didn't care about the materialistic things because that's not what makes us happy in life. He said it was the love and compassion we get and give from people.
I liked how it was Morrie's idea to have Mitch write this book. He didn't just want people to remember him but more for his ideas and thoughts how to live each day to its fullest and not take anything for granted. If our whole world was filled with people like Morrie, we would live in an almost perfect society.
