Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A very useful, but out of print book.
Review: Florida is not all fun, we have problems too

This is one of the very few books on the subject of home owning rules and regulations for the State of Florida.

The handbook, a money saving publication of Brian Feinblum, catalogs and clarifies social and legal issues of concern to the condo community.

This excellent and well-written work can be very useful to anyone working in an association, and/or lawyers, paralegals, property owners, board of directors, property managers, renters, officers, builders, residents, and realtors in the Sunshine State.

Since it is rare find, out of print since 1996, this paperback book has become a real treasure.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Florida Statutes not considered
Review: I question the integrity of several points that are out of compliance with Florida statute. For example, taping or using a video recorder is permissable by Florida statute for a HOMEOWNERS meeting. 617.306 # 8. This book can cause unnecessary confrontations at meetings.
