Summary: I will read this book 101 times
Review: I'm shocked... I love this book. I've never been confident with my grammar. What's a reflexive pronoun? What is the difference between a clause and a phrase. Who is the subject of the sentence? After reading this book, I now know the answers to these questions and more. This is an easy to read, compact,well-organized book. The format is great; it covers 101 handy rules in 170 pages . While the book doesn't get too in-depth on any one topic, it introduces grammatical terms and explains the basics in a very clear way. Many times I'll pedal away on the stationary bicycle and flip through GRAMMAR 101 to refresh what I've learned. I recommend this book to anyone who speaks English and wants a refresher on grammar. Start with this book. I've bought other books on grammar to further my understanding, but I refer back to GRAMMAR 101 to reinforce the basic concepts.

Summary: Trash your overpriced grammar books; buy this one
Review: This slim volume is comparable to Strunk & White. The grammar rules are short and clear. The text is succincct and relevant. If Congress and the Courts would follow these simple rules, the laws and decisions would be easier to understand. This ... book is better than all the overpriced and overwritten textbooks used in elementary and secondary schools.
