Summary: Very good, but needs to be re-published
Review: While the only comprehensive Turkmen-English dictionary, it is written in the Cyrillic script, which is no longer used. If it could be re-published in the new Latin script (and maybe even with an English-Turkmen section and grammar reference), that would be OUTSTANDING.
