Review: The American Heritage Dictionary of American Quotations is a very useful reference as a writer or public speaker. I never fail to marvel at the amount of work that must have gone into compiling this reference! It is very comprehensive and thorough. I enjoy spending time going through and reading all the interesting quotes by all these famous American people. It is a wonderful tool to have around, and I highly recommend owning a copy.
