Review: Property is a difficult subject, therefore, any casebook on the matter should be clear. This casebook, on the other hand, did more harm than good. Every case was followed up by questions with a list of cases to "see." Most first year law students have hundreds of pages to read every week and will never refer to these other cases. Thus, these questions (which are worded rather obscurely, I might add. The notes seem to be in another language: Latin) are never answered by the student. With a subject like property, it would be more helpful for the casebook to have more straightforward explanations to accompany the cases, as in Singer's casebook
