Summary: Outstanding technical writing book.
Review: This book is the best I've found of its kind. It is readable from cover to cover, and persuasively explains how to approach various types of writing projects. I especially like the fact that it suggests what kinds of information (e.g., central point, example, definition of unfamiliar terms, road map) belong in a particular type of report (e.g., feasibility study, business proposal, presentation). This isn't always obvious, and it has helped me time and time again on assignments for various clients. I'm here looking for other books by the same author.
