Rating: Summary: Not for the ordinary people. Review: If you have been through law school, you'll be familiar with most of the terms used in this book. However, as someone said earlier, it will not teach you how to handle your personal injury insurance claim. Personally, the Nolo book is a little bit better. I have bought most of the books on the subject and for demand letters, forms, personal injury claim guide, do-it-yourself personal injury insurance claim, I had a better experience with SettlementCentral.Com (http://www.settlementcentral.com). It is comprehensive, well-written, easy to follow and for a reasonable cost, they will help you to settle your insurance personal injury claim from A to Z.
Rating: Summary: This book is about managing a lawyer, not DIY. Review: This book is definitely not a book for the do it yourself legal person. It is a book length sales pitch about why you need a lawyer and what to do with one once you have one. It's a well written book with lots of information but it is not what it is billed to be.
Rating: Summary: the best book I have read in a long time! Review: When I read this book, I suspected it might be good. Little did I realize exactly how good it would be. Everything you could possibly want to know about winning your personal injury claim is in here. Even if you don't have a claim, this book makes for an excellent read in front of a fire on a cold winter night. Mr. Aidman's tone reasonates with warmth, understanding, and humour. I highly reccomend this book to everyone.
