Review: Hola! If you are a first-time learner in Spanish, Somos Asi 1 is the best book to buy! It starts with simple phrases and becomes more advanced throughout the book. This book teaches you numbers, polite phrases, a few verbs, and a great glossary of many Spanish terms in the back of the book. This textbook is wonderful for middle-school students. I'm in 7th grade and I can speak Spanish very well already because of Somos Asi 1. It's more interesting than any other Spanish textbooks because there are fun exercises and dialogues introducing you to new words.
