Summary: OK for portable reference
Review: It's small, it's not too hard on the eyes and it covers the vocabulary. Of course, you must know enough of the language to be able to find an entry. Not appropriate for exegesis papers, but useful for "quick" reading.

Summary: A great Hebrew tool, but..........
Review: This is a great Hebrew tool, but cannot stand on its own for the beginning student. The problem is that it is a Hebrew to English dictionary, which is useful, but it is not an English to Hebrew dictionary.

Review: When I read Biblical Hebrew, I do not want to consult the Brown-Driver-Briggs whenever I want to know what a word means! This is an excellent resource for quick reference.
