Review: A fabulous book about how communication. If it was read by tech writers, I think a lot of tech writing (as well as legal) would be infinitely better. At the root of many of the ideas is how we hear and process things in our brain - it may not be "real" linguistics (although the author is a linguist) but it's really useful.
