Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent primer for non-scientists
Review: As a lawyer working in the area of employment discrimination, Ihave often been frustrated in knowing that my client was subjected toadverse treatment because of his or her race, age or gender, but have been unable to put a scientific label on my arguments. This book is a gateway to the literature which explains just how people are categorized and marginalized in the workplace. The bibliography is excellent, giving access to other sources that expand the concepts.
