Review: I am a new manager for a very large company. I bought this book to help me deal with the people with whom I used to work and now work for me. It was very helpful in giving many specific situations and how to deal with them. Also, the author was very inspiring. He brought some humor and enlightenment to, what would normally be, very boring reading. A definite must-read for new managers or people considering management.
