Review: Although I knew some about the radiocommunications spectrum, I never really understood it. This book explained the basics of spectrum technology in clear language and then added a discussion on the policy which makes it easy to understand. For instance, I now understand the underlying technical and policy rationals for many new technologies, including wi-fi.
