Summary: THE book on small group dynamics!
Review: This book should be required reading in all High Schools in this country. This book answered questions about small groups that I have struggled with for years. I have never understood how people could be in a meeting the first week and agree with everything, and then by the fifth week you just want to strangle them. Now I do. This book does an excellent job of explaining that one of the products of a small group is the change that occurs within each individual of the group, and not just on the declared product of the group. Great study book.
