Summary: Almost any other review book would be better.
Review: Although it "covers" all the topics on the PE exam, this text does so in a rather dis-jointed and confusing manner. The 300 tables are randomly spaced throughout the book and not terribly useful. A much better text is the "ME Ref. Manual" by Michael Lindeburg.

Summary: Fair, but solutions have mistakes
Review: The book is a good review tool but the soulutions have many mistakes. He also often combines several steps which make the solutions difficult to follow. I have spent more time figuring out what he did than I did in doing the actual problem.
