Advanced Engineering Mathematics

Summary: Very Rich Book, but not for the faint of heart
Review: This is a good book for one who already has an advanced knowledge of mathematics and wants a cohesive text that covers many of the fundamental mathematics subjects needed for engineering and science applications (noticeably not including statistics).

The text itself is terse but very rich. Exercises which are quite challenging are included at the end of most sections and odd answers are in the back of the book. A solutions manual would have been a good idea since many problems are difficult.
