Cat Naps 2005 Calendar

Review: With the new year right around the corner, I set out looking for a new calendar to hang on my wall and was lucky enough to stumble across this incredibly adorable gem at my local bookstore.

Cat Naps is a sixteen month calendar (though the first four months, Sept 2004 through Dec 2004, are on the same first page) with various images of fatigued felines adorning every page, and gracing them with their cuteness. Any cat owner is well aware of the distinctly odd yet winsome positions cats can find themselves snoozing in, and these images capture just a few of those inimitable positions in a way that warms your heart and tickles your soul. Included herein are images of both cats and kittens of various colors and breeds, so this isn't like some of the cat calendars on the market with a narrower focus.

I must say that this is the cutest calendar I have come across in a long time, and I look forward to having this on my wall throughout all of 2005. I understand that there is a book with the same title and cover image, also put out by Ronnie Sellers Productions, out right now as well, and I just might pick that up too. Either would make great gifts, and are very highly recommended for any cat lover!
