Review: I've been studying Italian on my own to review (I had 2 years of it in college). I have been using this book to solidify my vocabulary. It's been wonderful. Each chapter drills the vocabulary of a particular subject through several types of exercises, including fill in the blanks, multiple choice, short answer, matching, and reading comprehension. There are drawings illustrating scenes (i.e. in the aiport, etc.) and those are very helpful. I'm already using words I hadn't known were so useful! A great book to supplement textbook learning as well, I'd bet.
