Summary: My #1 Cookbook
Review: I have gone from learning to cook out of this book in my mother's kitchen to being invited to cook in World Championship cooking competitions. My mother must have got this book right when it was published in 1972 because I can never remember not having it to refer too. It is a true classic and needs to be reprinted. All these years later and so many cook books I can't count it is still the book I would choose if I could only have one cookbook. Thank You Anne London I shall always hold you in the highest regard.

Summary: The American-International Encyclopedic Cookbook
Review: I purchased this book approximately in 1978. Of all the cookbooks I own, this has to be the most comprehensive and thorough cookbook I have ever seen. The binding on my book is also worn, but I still use it to this day. Highly recommended for a Bride, College student or someone who is interested in cooking. It is my favorite cookbook by far and many a fine meal has been served from its contents.

Some pages are torn and loose and I would love to have a new one. I go to it everytime I can't find a recipe somewhere else and it usually is in here. I'm sure I use this book every week. Please, please reprint this book!

Summary: American-International Encyclopedic Cookbook
Review: I've had this cookbook since 1978. It is the first place I reference when I want a recipe, because it is usually there. Since my marriage 5 years ago, my wife has also fallen in love with it. It has now had so much use that the binding is wearing out. My wife is looking for a book binder to rebind our copy. A new copy would be better. I liked the other reviewers suggestion for a reprint. If you can find it, BUY IT!
