Review: This is an excellent text for an undergraduate course on interpersonal communication. In addition to easy-to-understand content, the end-of-chapter exercises are helpful (as are the ones that can be found in the instructor's text). An all-around good book.

Review: This may be a good text for the subject but is outrageously priced at over $68. Even considering that textbooks are always overpriced, this book shouldn't cost more than $40.
