Review: I read this book for my course in "Lives Ruined By Literature", and indeed, they were. This book is certainly a classic, and it certainly reveals the Romantic mindset, but it is DEPRESSING! If you're the type to turn off the radio or television when a murder news story comes on, don't read this book.
