Summary: Vintage Gem
Review: This little book cracks me up--love the retro look and read--but definitely not a serious 'how-to' for people seeking fashion advice. I have an original printing of it, and this reprint looks identicle--except the cover colors. Read it and you'll feel 1000% thrilled to be a chick of the '90s!

Summary: Charm and grace are always in style.
Review: What a charming little book! I am savoring every page and already plan on reading it again. This book is a treasure of helpful hints on how to be a graceful lady and how that can make you powerful and unforgetable. I can't wait to give a copy to all of my girlfriends and to my own daughter when she is on her way to becoming a young woman. Thank you for this!

Summary: Advice from my grandmother.
Review: When I first picked up this book, I was expecting a book for the modern girl. Instead, I was reading advice on buying toiletries from a "druggist" (I assume it's a pharmacist by today's vocabulary), and how to wear a dress with a matching hat.

This book is very outdated for the today's modern woman. However, if you are looking for advice on how to become your grandmother when she was a teenager, this is your book.

The synopsis on the back of the book is very misleading...
