Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The definitive vegetable cookbook
Review: Excellent informational section detailing the history, nutrition, varieties, buying and storage, preparation, and cooking and serving of a wide range of vegetables, complete with color photos to aid in identification (a real help as Europeans call some veggies by different names than in the U.S., such as "aubergines," which we call "eggplant").

The recipes section is great. Every recipe I've tried has been a winner! The photo illustrations throughout the recipe section clearly depict the steps to creating each dish. If you have non-vegetable-lovers in your family, you may be able to convert them with these recipes.
