Review: This book was wonderfully constructed. It is a must have for all pastors, chairmen of deacons, trustees and administrative assistants. Review: This handbook, writen by several authors, is a solid collection of some basic administrative information. Although several chapters are not as well developed as they could be, there is enough here to get you started. To balance this shortcoming, there are extensive lists of additional readings that can provide more detail. There are chapters on finances, special events, staff, leadership, organization, and more.
