RAM, Relationship Asset Management and CRO, Chief Relationship Officer will become a standard in the evolving business world. Managers need to arms their sales staff with this book as well as department heads and HR personnel.

Summary: Great book!
Review: We have lived the dream of becoming a global organization over the last few years. We adopted a long-term business strategy by utilizing many of the principals explained in Business Is A Contact Sport. For a small company trying to do business overseas, many times our only competitive advantage was the barrier created by the quality of the relationships we created with our strategic partners. If anyone doesn't believe that relationships are assets, they should read this book before doing business, especially internationally.
