Review: I think this is one of the better books explaining various types of manufacturing and the possible strategies the companies would use. This book also details vertical integration pros and cons. The person reading this book should have some knowledge of strategic planning and cost accounting to get the full impact. A required reading for the APICS Systems and Technology test. I would not have passed the test without this book.
