Review: I was very disappointed. This piece of work contains several errors, including the big, bold, Disclaimer on the first page. It reminded me of a college term paper that would receive a C- or D. The few forms included are not accurate or useable; the pages are not numbered; there is no index. It did include one form for Overpayment Refunds and 2 pages on Railroad Medicare, both of which in my opinion has nothing to do with "...Starting Your Own Medial Billing Business." Sorry Darlene, I want my money back. George Joynson
