Review: Even though I have favored the arts (writing, cooking, etc), I have been drawn to the sciences as well, but I told myself I wasn't that good in them. After purchasing this book and taking the tests, I realized that I was very skilled in areas that are used in the sciences. Now, I am considering taking food science classes and changing my career.
