As a designer of programs for managers and executives I keep track of the current market and read or scan most of the books published, and there are some good ones. This book is a fictional story that carries a truly big idea. Imagine if you could have it all--a way to succeed at work without giving up your life. This is a book for real people with real problems. As the story unfolds, you are able to analyze the problems and are guided into discovering realistic answers.
