Summary: I found this book very helpful.
Review: This book is much more than some list of common interview questions. This book helps you understand the employer's concerns behind interview questions. Once you understand what the employer's concerns are, you can form your best answers to those tough interview questions. It will help you put the interview process into the proper perspective so that you can present yourself in the proper light. It has useful information on all of the important aspects of interviewing and follow up. I am in mid-career, not completely new to interviewing, and I still found this book very helpful. I would recommend this book for any job seeker.

Summary: Learning to Interview
Review: This is an excellent book for people who just don't understand what interviews are all about. It take an uncertain thing - the interview - and put parameters and structure around it. I now have a much better sense of what the interview is supposed to acocmplish, which is not necessarily what one might instinctively know.
