Summary: Excellent reiterative learning text that cuts through jargon
Review: Most real estate texts read like the congressional record...wordy, cryptic, and self-servingly complex as if to find high virtue in legal bantor. This book is an excellent study tool for learning the jargon (terms are repeatedly covered from several directions)and central concepts necessary to pass the national exam on the first try.
