Review: I have read this book and as a coach and business person, it shares a LOT of practical ideas on planning, marketing and growing your client base and business.
From planning the business plan, to writing it;
from identifying your target clients to marketing to them;
from setting up billing to how to set up accepting credit cards--it's all there!
It can be a tool to work through step by step or a reference. Regardless of how you use it, it is valuable to have on my "active" boookshelf!
