Summary: excellent reference book to have at your desk
Review: i started using this book with my students who are learning english. they found the example letters very useful for reference when writing for their jobs. i really appreciated the excercises that are included to learn how to write right the first time. we both liked that it was a 'real book' and not one just for ESL.
