Rating: Summary: Inflated volume - better published as a booklet Review: Although I found the information contained in this book very helpful, I felt that I was overcharged for it. The book could have easily been condensed down to a booklet or even a magazine article, at less price, without any loss of substance. The text is not only written in large type on small pages, the format is interspersed frequently with quotations in unnecessarily very large type. Some of the information is repeated too often, as well. Yes, this was a useful book, but I feel as if I have been cheated out of a real book after having paid the price for one.
Rating: Summary: He got it right Review: Jack Hodge did a great job of convincing me of the power of habit. He also provides some excellent action steps for changing habits. I think this is a book we should all have in our library. As thought is the basis of action, and repeated action is the basis of habit formation, I absolutely recommend Optimal Thinking--How to Be Your Best Self to be read along with this book. Optimal Thinking shows you how to make the most of any situation and this book can help make optimization habitual.
