Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Great follow up Review: I contacted the author, and he made time to discuss my resume and he even gave me a few pointers on my job search. I found his approachability refreshing, and reassuring. I have tried contacting other authors before, but to no avail, they act is if they are too busy for the people paying their bills. Not this guy, he is great, and straightforward about what I need to do with my career. I would invest in this book for two reasons. First, it is well written. Just look at most of the reviews. Second, in his book he gives you an email address to write him at, and I did so I know he will respond to your emails, questions, and provide you with "customer support" at least that's what he called it.
