Review: This book is OK as a intro into the business. It provides a guideline of all of the requirements to get started, but is only an outline. There are few "Nuts and Bolts" type of information within the book. One example is when you are told to "secure financing", all good and well, but HOW? After using this book to see if you really wanted to go down this path, I would suggest Alonzo's book. Much more in depth.
