Summary: Fast Reference & Guidelines for a Real Estate Career
Review: I just wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on this book, "Your Successful Real Estate Career," by Dr. Kenneth W. Edwards, with those that are considering or have already made the decision to change careers.

I just started the process to acquire my sales license, and I am very grateful that I started my mission by first reading this fine book. It was very logical and methodically written, and thorough to the point that I had no questions when I finished. I know what steps I must take to realize the end result. I feel it serviced my purpose; I just needed some kind of a guide with a little insight so that I could form a plan. This book gave me the information I required to do that, I now will fill in the blanks with my own experiences as I follow my plan.

Dr. Edwards made it very easy to visualize not only the intimate workings of the business, but also the seriousness of the responsibility due a client, seller/buyer.

I love to highlight with a yellow marker words of wisdom that I would like to refer back to, and needless to say, I have color on almost every page. That certainly tells me that I made an excellent investment, when I purchased this well written and at times humorous book.

I hope you enjoy it as I have!

Summary: Solid Overview of Real Estate Sales Career
Review: This book accomplishes exactly what it sets out to do: provide a realistic overview of the life of a real estate agent. I am considering getting my license and found this book answered many of the basic questions about the job: the risks faced by a new agent, how to succeed in your first year and beyond, and the rewards of a long career. A good book if your just starting to do your research on the topic.
