Review: I am currently a liscenced nail techician in the State of California. I moved to Nevada and discovered that the liscence is non-transferable because California does not belong to the National Examination. This Review helped me pass my written exam with no problem.

Summary: Utah has never required neck techs to be licensed
Review: I loved this study guide. I went throught a long and lengthy nail course (which is much more than most Utah nail tech's), Jan. 1 2002, we all needed to be licesned. We could then be grandfathered in. During the month of December, I split up with my husband and moved therefor I did not get my info in on time. Luckily the State of Utah was somewhat sympathetic and they allowed me to license only if I passed the practical ans state exam. I desperate for study material. As with most Nail schools, we borrowed the text. This guide is great.
