Review: I received this book as a gift last summer, but didn't start really applying the steps until late last fall. Sheperd's tools have really helped me to figure out and focus on the most profitable aspects of my business. If you can't afford to have a consultant come in an assess your business, then I think this book is a good start to getting you back in touch with why you started your business in the first place. It is kind of "motivational" with its linking its your business to "your life" but it is very helpful, and most of the tools are really explaining how to get the cash out of your business and what to do with it so you can retire
