Summary: Yet another great book.
Review: Having already had books 2 and 3-book 4 is the favorite of both my daughter and I. We have already used several of its ideas in our scrapbooks. Sandy Redburn has given us, in this book, so many cute sayings, frame shapes and, adorable pictures that one is always sure to smile over. They must be cute if it got my husband to chuckle.

Summary: Another great title from Sandy!
Review: I just got my copy of this, and I like it even better than the first three. I love to scrapbook but need good ideas for titles and short verses. This book has plenty along with wonderful illustrations to trace or copy. The color pages with examples are terrific, and I'll get a lot of use out of the pages that can be copied and folded into a greeting card. I hope we'll see a Book Five soon!

Summary: The best one of the series for scrapbookers
Review: I love all 4 books in the series but I think if I had to pick only one to own (heaven forbid!) than I would pick Book 4 because it is geared even more toward scrapbookers. This book also has a few full color idea pages for scrapbook layouts, but for me that didn't make that much difference. I just really liked the content of this book and found so many cute sayings and ideas that made me want to put down everything in my life and scrapbook all day! Some of the themes in this book are "Memory Lane", "Seasonal Sentiments", "Kids Zone" and "Scrapbook Fever" (my favorite!) You can copy graphics and sayings right from the book (the owners thankfully give you permission to do so for personal use) or you can trace them using a light box onto your scrapbook page itself. Or just use this book as a reference for ideas for titles and sayings for your scrapbooking. A great booster for journaling ideas. There are also full border pages to copy and use as backgrounds, stationary or pre-designed layout pages. Sure hope there will be a Book 5!

Summary: Great book
Review: I love this book. It is full of cute expressions and clipart to use on scrapbook pages or cards. There are many topics to choose from including babies, cats and dogs, and seasons. I only wish it came with a cd so it would be easier to print them from my computer.

Summary: A Must For Even the Most Creative Scrapbookers!
Review: Most scrapbookers are creative by nature, and most idea books have ideas in them that we could have easily come up with on our own. But "500 Great Heartwarming Expressions For Scrapbooking & Cards" by Sandy Redburn does not follow that train of thought...It is the idea book that every scrapper wishes they had come up with! For the phrases in this book---from romance to babies to pets---are beyond the average thoughts that one would want to include in their scrapbooks and cards! These "heartwarming expressions" are refreshing, lively, sometimes serious in nature, and sometimes just plain cute and fun! Everyone will find something they can use with the various themes in this book---whether you're scrappin' a layout about your grandfather's birthday or your child's first homerun---, because these expressions cover it all! Furthermore, reading this book will not only give you ideas, but it will put a big smile on your face...And that's something we could all use at one time or another!

Summary: Just Not My Style
Review: The rave reviews here on Amazon persuaded me to order this book, but it's not a keeper for me. The overall style of the sayings and the clipart are just too cute-sy and country for me. Just not my scrapbooking style. So, I got a few ideas, but overall I found this book disappointing.

Summary: Great Ideas
Review: This book has given me the ideas I needed to finish several pages that need that little something extra!

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Very disappointing quality
Review: This book reminds me of old-fashioned, inexpensive clip art. As a graphic designer I know my standards may be higher than others who ordered this book, but personally, I was very disappointed with the quality of these illustrations.

While several of the ideas are good, the art itself is far from what I consider usable. Rather than the professional looking product I was expecting for the price, this looks like someone compiled all their "doodles" and ideas, photocopied them and bound them in a book. Not worth the price. I'll be returning it.
