Review: The Cartographers at Bartholomew are in a league of their own. They continually produce the most accurrate and athstetically pleasing maps I have ever seen. The thematic sections, 3-D continental images and photographs make this the perfect atlas for searchers of true cartographic excellence and geographic study. 80,000+ place names in an atlas under $50? I would give this atlas more stars if I could. I enjoy the National Geographic, Oxford, Hammond, etc...but to choose one atlas, this is it. I am surprised that I am the first to review this masterpiece that won a British Cartographic Society award for map publishing.One note: the font size may be too small for some.
