Summary: Excellent Resource!!! This is a must have book!
Review: This book appears to be a 30 year summation of experience from a veteran Ford hot-rodder. Mr. Mathis gives excellent advice on choosing the appropriate parts for a particular combo and it's all derived from hard core experience on the track and the dyno. His down-to-earth approach and plain english really cuts to the chase, this books subject matter is as correct as it gets yet very easy to understand and apply. He also pays attention to the fact that not everyone is made of money and doesn't cater exclusively to the ultra-expensive setups and parts. If you are even THINKING of upgrading your 79-93 Stang then buy this book, you won't be disapointed!

Review: This book has a lot of good basic information that is helpful when planning modifications. All topics are covered from stock equipment to suspension basics, to full blown aftermarket hop ups. All in all, this book with provide you with tons of information concerning minor mods and bolt-ons. It also has blueprints for an oil pan, baffles, etc.

Review: This book is the numeral uno source for making your mustang scream. It has ALL the answers and I couldn't have done any thing to my Ford without it! No matter your experience level in the hot rod field, the material in this hanbook is for all levels. I was clueless, couldn't tell you the difference between a strut and roller rocker. Now I have a daily driver that runs low 11's and pulls 1.02 lateral g's in a turn; and I did everyhting! I bought a copy for all of the guys in my stang club, and they now have the knowledge they needed and so wanted to have.
