Review: This book is excellent for fluent or not-so-fluent Spanish speakers. The plot is interesting and easy to understand, and there are some real surprises. I read it for a University-level Spanish class and though I did not expect much when I started it, I found myself wanting to read more than had been assigned (something that doesn't happen to me very often!)

Summary: The best novel I ever readed
Review: This short novel is simply beautiful. I received it today, and after 7 hours of continuous reading I finished it. With some happines for end it, and at the same time some sadness for finish reading the beautiful writings of Marco Denevi. It's rich in vocabulary, and with lots of Argentinismos (like the prologue says) and the history itself is almost perfect. I don't understand why there's no a movie on this book... If you want to forget the lunch and dinner and stop working for a day, buy this book.
