Summary: I jumped 180 with this book and course
Review: On my PSAT, I had an equivalent of a 1330. On the real SAT, I got a 1510(800M, 710V). The book had an excellent vocabulary list. If you know all the words and MathFacts very well, there is no reason why you shouldn't get in the 1500s! Buy this book and take the course!

Summary: Boot Camp For Your Brain raised my score 160 points!
Review: To some, 160 points is not a huge increase in scores, but the difference between a 1060 and a 1220 is a huge difference to colleges. Reading Boot Camp was like listening to a friend explains different subjects through personal tutoring sessions. Most books like this that you read tend to issue material the same way encyclopedias would, in other words, they give you the straight facts with out an effort to make sure the reader understands it. Boot Camp is the complete opposite, through-out the material they are constantly interacting with you and relating the stress you are going through. For instance, after one of the math chapters, the book even says to put the book down and relax because it recognizes the effort you put into reading it. I am definitely one you would not call a book reader however in this case, Boot Camp really made studying for the SAT's as painless as it could possibly be.

Summary: Awesome review book.
Review: Very concentrated. If you make a reasonable effort the results will be there. I took the test earlier than my classmates and I went up 170 points from the PSAT to the SAT I. I'm done and the pressure is off! It feels great. What I learned in this book will help me prepare for the subject specific SAT II's as well. Thank you, Marcy!

Summary: Boot Camp Review
Review: Boot Camp for your brain was very helpful. My overall SAT score improved by over 200 points, and I credit much of the increase to Boot Camp. I strongly recommend- especially the top 100 words and math facts. I found it helped to study a little each day rather than cramming everything in the day before. Thank you, Ms. Manning!

Summary: Success!
Review: Our daughter took the course and used this book as her "bible" for SAT's. It went everywhere with her for over a month of constant study. Not only did it widen her vocabulary, but gave her a firmer foundation in math than she had before. No little tricks or gimmicks (that don't always work) for figuring out answers. It's just knowing the basics. The result-she increased her SAT score by 190. That should say it all.

Summary: SAT Savior!!
Review: I had no idea how to improve my SAT scores before I got this book, because I didn't know what to expect to be on the test. This book spells out what you need to know without giving you just cheap tricks; it really helps you to understand the material! The top 100 vocabulary words saved me on the verbal section and continuously reading over the 7 Math Facts imprinted that information into my head, so it was easy to pull it out during the test. I would without a doubt recommend this book to everyone who is trying to improve, in fact, I already have!
