This book has given me the strength to be my best and make the most constructive choices on days that felt like years. Every page of this book is worth reading but the seventh chapter saved my life.
Rating: Summary: There are better books Review: I bought this per someone else's posting. I found this book to be poorly written and couldn't get past the first 50 pages. Although I can see where parts of this book would be helpful to some people, I think you need to first read a few sample pages online before deciding whether it's for you. A lot of what I read seemed very obvious.

Rating: Summary: Stopping unwanted behaviors Review: A book that explains the power of negative thinking? By taking the self assesment tests in the first section, this book helped to re-shape my life. I have not always been an optimist in my thoughts, this book was written for people like me, realists. I enjoyed the chapter on limiting sub-optimal behaviors the most. Another similar book I would recommend reading is Rat Race Relaxer: Your Potential & The Maze of Life.
